GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

CITY TAX
Upon arrival we will request payment of city tax €7,50 for person for night

PAYMENT
Non Refundable reservations will be charged at the time of the reservation.
Standard reservations will be charged three days prior to arrival date.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
The reserved room is available to the customer starting from 14:00 on
day of arrival, at 11:00 on the day of departure. It is allowed to anticipate the check-in time upon prior communication at the time of booking, at the Reception (which will confirm it, if possible).
Late check-out will be possible only with the authorization of the Reception; in this case a supplement may be applied.

DOCUMENTS
It is absolutely necessary to show up at the hotel with a valid identity document (identity card - passport - driving license). The document is required for all people accessing the facility, including minors (children and / or teenagers). You may be asked to show the credit card used for the booking

NO SMOKING
The entire property is "non-smoking". Please do not smoke either in the room or in the common areas. It is possible to smoke in the outdoor areas using the special containers.
Failure to comply with the rule will result in a charge of € 250.00 for the sanitation of the room.
